Hi Sir,
I was using an idea corporate no few month ago but due to some problem with their service delivery and bill related concerns, I stopped using that no and paid my last outstanding amount which was around 900/- also at the same time i requested to stop allowing me to use this anymore. They told ok if you are not interested more to continue so we'll disscunnet your service, you'll not receive any more bill from idea.
But after 3 months i got to know they didn't stop the service and again demanding to pay bill which is around 1100. Calling me frequently to pay the same and using abusing languages. they are doing fraud now with me.
Sir I'm totally frustrated these days, kindly help me to get out from this issue.
I'll really be obliged to you, please show me the ways to get out from this fraud case.
