Agency Name : Mahanagar Gas Limited. I paid this agency an amount of 6K (cheque no. 114418 dated 10/01/2012) for a new piped gas connection. It\'s been more than a year and the work is not completed yet. The response received on the follow up calls with the agency has not been good either, it\'s always said that work would resume soon but nothing really progresses. The overall work is far away from completion. Appreciate some action. Thanks.
