Consumer Redressal

I have bought a vodafone number 9830750105 for my daughter.last month.I had given a complaint on 4 th of March, there was a international call made on 16.02.2015 on the number +2454056723 at 9.44 am. This number is a scam number as given in all the news paper recently where in revenues are shared by operators and the people who own this premium numbers. There call was made apparently for 27 minutes which is not possible as the person using the number was at school and the phone was at home. I had a subsequent discussion with ms sharini sengupta on 5 th march at 11 am and she confirmed that the charges can be wrong as there was no international service on that day. I would also like to point out that when the sim was bought from vodafone store at south city Kolkata , it was informed that I need to pay deposit for international activation and I refused as I did not require any. This was confirmed by sharini and these charges were supposed to be reversed. But there is no response.
