Consumer Redressal

Sir, i ordered a new product from ebay. In on 24 January 2015 and get delivered to me on 28 January 2015 that is rubia gp580 laser hair removal machine the product is genuine and having in warranty of 1 year as ebay seller said but after few days the product stop responding properly then i contact to ebay seller that product is not working he said he will help me then he never response me. I tried many times to contact him by calling, sms, and by email but he ignore and Then I talked to eBay guys who said that they can't do anything. Basically both of them are avoiding me and aren't ready to give me any kind of assistance. The product was very costly and I can't afford buying a new one again because i am student can't spend so much money again What should I do now ?? Please help me out. Thanks in advanc
