I ordered (ID 38188593) from ShopClue, when I received the order I simply didn't like it and felt cheated. I put the return request as there is an policy of it, now ShopClue is telling me tellig me that the product is meeting their quality standard and they have cancelled the return request. I wanted to know why on the earth you are claiming return policy if everything you want to measure on your standard, the customer is simply saying he didn't like the product and felt cheated against the price you have taken for a low quality produt.
