Complaint against Already closed/Expired ICICI Bank Credit Card No.377041634122005(Prafull Ranjan - Expired on JULY-2011) Sir I would like to file a complaint against ICICI Bank for unnecessarily charging 5367.06 INR which I came to know on 15 Mar-2013. ICICI bank customer care has sent me a email and said that if I will not pay this amount then they will report it to CIBIL. But I would like to say that 2 yrs before I already cleared all dues on this card and then card gets expired and reported it for closure. Now from last one month ICICI Bank has started intimating me that I got unpaid balance of 5367.06. and they have sent me statement which describes late charges+ service charges for amount getting 5367.06. How they have started their meter and applied late charges and kept accumulation of further charges without intimating me earlier ,its beyond my understanding and expectation. I would like to inform that ICICI banks behavior for above written amount recovery is highly unethical. I will take any possible legal route/action to overcome it.
