I was purchase Health Card from Indian Health Orgnisation on 7/12/2013. I found card service not in my city also at Nagpur therefor informed to co. for refund of money but 50% to me June 2014. Again complaint and information circulated to the Ministry of Corporate Affair & Ministry of Health. IHO call to me Feb15 your money is pending with us then refund to me 50% on Feb.15. I want to compensation for the same go to consumer court.
