Consumer Redressal

I bought a phone(LG Nexus) from eBay in December 2014. They delivered a fake product to me which I came to know when I went to LG care. Phone started showing many problems after two months. I went to LG care. They said this phone has no warranty in India. The phone was having two different IMEI numbers at the same time. Clearly phone was not genuine. It was assembled abroad and then sold in India by some seller on eBay. Then I talked to eBay guys who said that they can't do anything and contact the seller. Then I contacted the seller who picked the phone after 2 days of continuous ringing. He said the same that he can't do anything and he has been banned from eBay and talk to eBay itself. Basically both of them are avoiding me and aren't ready to give me any kind of assistance. The phone was very costly and I can't afford buying a new one. What should I do now ?? Please help me out.
