Complaint against Annapurna Furniture & Modular Kitchen,Shop No. 201,City Centre 2,Rajarhat,Kolkata, 700157 Email-Sales@annapurnafurniture.com Phone - 9734860482 Details:Sir, I ordered a dressing table and a shoe case from the abovementioned shop on 21/2/2015.The specification for dressing table was 4 feet height of the table and 3 feet height of the glass making a total height of the dressing table at 7 feet so that a person of my height at 6 feet can see standing upright.But instead of that they have made a table with only a total height of less than 5 feet including the height of the glass.Also there is a lot of defects in whatever they have prepared. When I asked them to get the correction done and make the dressing table of total height as agreed and mentioned in the bill,they told me to do whatever I want but they would not make the change.The show case racks also are not made as agreed.I have already made the full payment of Rs.34700 as agreed. Plz help. Thank you
