Complaint Against: Bhartia Airtel This is in regard of a new line connection that i had taken on 4th March from this very reputed company but have been astounded by the extent of malpractices going on. I had been approached by a company salesman and was given a plan of Rs.6495 which was Rs. 1299 per month, inclusive of all. i had been guaranteed that in their new scheme i would have to pay for 5 months and would get the benefit for the 6th month also. I paid the sales person by cheque on that very day and got by connection within 3-4 days. However the cheque has not yet been cashed out by the company and today on confronting the customer care about this issue I was made aware that the plan was in reality not inclusive of the tax. I am angered by this act of this very company and have being lied to,i had to spent about an hour to try and make the members involved in the same to accept their mistake. my actions have gone in vain and i have asked to disconnect my line.
