My phone (Karbonn Titanium S-9) was given to the service centre named Loknath Sales & Service Centre (Address: 15/3A, Kadamtala, Katapukur Lane, Howrah-711101; Ph: 9433935922,9804179282,0330253359 & IMEI no 1:911333000003692 IMEI no 2:911333000003700 ) on 13 January 2015 for repairing of defected motherboard. But I did not rececive any feedback from them till date. Please let me know the current status of my phone.Please do the needful so that i can get my phone repaired and back. Thank you.
