Consumer Redressal

i have left mt accent car reg no MH 43AF 3980 at Sharayu Motors for servicing on 18th Feb 2014 and was expecting that the service will be done and the car will be delivered to me with in three to four days the estimated cost was shown on voucher as 7890 and the bill showed as 26063 the main thing is since my purchase of the accent car in dec 2010 and ever since my car is left for servicing at sharayiu motors the car is damaged and it had not happen once but it had happen five times . so i would like to complaint under the CPA for defeceincy in servic e and damges caused to me vehicle at the instance of sharayu motors turbhe . i will be complaining through due process at the forrum in the format shortly this is for information please
