Sir I have purchased a sofa set rated 13500 from mohit furniture chawla colony 100 ft road ballabgarh faridabad . Sir when i purchased sofa .he was taken guarantee for 5 years against manufacturing defect and foam defect and give me a card on which he signed with purchasing date 21 October 2014.sir then i came back home and he delivered tha sofa at my home .but sir when the sofa had been arrived i was shocked to saw there was one sofa's lenth is shorter than other and many stiching was defected .sir when i called him then he send his worker for repairing .but sir his worker also couldn't solve the problem .sir till now i went to his shop many time and requested him to exchange this with other fresh sofa .but he refused to exchange and threat me to go back me my home and not refund my money .you are requsted to take action against him.
