Consumer Redressal

I purchased one beginner telescope from one website (http://www.spacearcade.in/38mm-refractor-telescope.html).It claimed to show four moons of Jupiter. So I purchased it by contacting their dealer on phone. They send their bank details and I paid them whole amount inc. tax. Then they delivered the product via courier. But when I used it in night on terrace, it didn\'t showed the moons of Jupiter. The sky was clear too without clouds. Only Jupiter was seen but not clear and moons were beyond thought. I am having one software which shows the correct position of Jupiter (& other celestial objects) with precision & respect to current location provided. I tried to contact dealer many times but he didn\'t receives my call. When I call him from other no. then he answers but says that he will call after sometime but he never. I purchased it on July, 2012 & so I\'m afraid that it has been long time (though not 1 year). Finally I have decided to complain against him in consumer court.
