Dear Sir/Madam, I Prithwish Haldar, applied for my Reliance Mobile Number 7384858487 port in on MTS network in West Bengal circle through the distributor - A.B. ENTERPRISES,Kulpi,South 24 Parganas,WB-743351. My porting request code number was EV299261. My MTS ICCID is *89910 21419 61084 9746* and IMSI is *1961084974 * Though my Reliance Number is inactive from 30th October,2014 after 12:17 am ,but after that,my MTS SIM also inactive which was given by the distributor. The appellate authority of MTS of West Bengal circle said that my number has been permanently deactivated because because i could not make tele verification during the 20 days period,but i regret to say that,due to technical problem of the Sistema Shyam Tele Services LTD.(Mts),I could not make tele verification during the 20 days period but MTS authority could not acknowledge their fault.
