I have recharged my vodafone(bihar) mobile no-9534814981 with rs-111 by oxigen machine using counter on 12/07/12
there is no slip generated for customer copy or shopkeeper copy only one slip found for money deduction,after allegation on shopkeer he talk to oxi customer care & executive confirmed recharge successful on that no.& When we said not getting the balance he provided us complaint no-1207121064
plz help us what we should do.
