I have purchased a mobile from Spice retail shop from Dobtion Road, Howrah,on 17.02.14 From the begining it is defective,I had sent it about five time for repairing to Authorise service Centre,they kept it one month, till no it is same defective,It is now warranty is over,Again and again I request to them Please change my mobile but they did not do,
Please help me now What I shall do?
