Consumer Redressal

I was working with Agilent Technologies, Gurgaon form Sep 2008 to Sep 2009. I wanted to transfer my PF to my present employer. So I asked them how to do it. They told me to fill transfer form and get it signed from present employer and send it to us, I did the same, then they said it is incomplete, So I sent the form again. Then , they say Gurgaon PF office has stopped accepting paper forms, you can try online. When I tried online it did not work. Then they say wait for a month, it will be activated. I tried after 3 months, still it did not work. Then they send me guidelines and said follow this, I tried and that also did not work as the details were not present in EPFO online system. After that I sent 4-5 reminder mails which they did not respond. They are torturing me for last 2 years. Please help how to resolve this.
