Respected Sir,
On 3.4.13 I had sent some documents from Sec-4,Gurgaon to Kalkaji,N.Delhi through BLAZEFLASH COURIERS LTD. Blazeflash House, 3rd Floor2E/8 Jhandewalan Extn.New Delhi-110055 [ Courier no. Awb No. 317106530]
The letter contained very important documents which were to be deposited on time but due to negligence of the co.they have not deleivered the documents nor have returned it to me or the booking center till date.
After many complaints to the co. I had sent a written complaint to the courier co.on 13.4.13 thruogh another courier but there is no response from the co.at all
Their online complaint service and Fax no. is not working
Kindly look into the matter.
