I have purchased laptop in Amazon.in using mobile app on Nov 11th 2014 (order number: 402-8418583-3009960) as amazon offered a 10% cash back. As per the aggreed tearms and conditons Amazon is supposed to return the cash back of maximmum Rs2500 by January 11th 2015. But till now amazon has not paid the cash back and they are not responding even i have reached them multiple number of times. They are false tracking me and not resolving this issue from more then 2 months now.
