Dear sir For my tata sky help mail I have received a service request no. 1-13706243145 from your help id. I have still not received any call. I am surprised at the manner in which tatasky service centre is responding to customer complaint. Tata sky help line number 18605006633is either not reachable or engaged with the usual slogan " Your call is important to us. Our customer service executive is attending to another customer's call Please hold the line" Amazing I must have tried 30 times and this has been my experience yesterday and today continuously. I understand that this is toll free number but I have been debited at least Rs. 70/-m for calling and waiting for this number response. Commitments like our customer service executive will get in touch with you shortly has absolutely no sense. I request your intervention to solve the problem of not able to view channels immediately Regards Murali
