Consumer Redressal

Tata Sky subscriber ID: 1002184800 Cannot view any channel and tried to lodge complaint fro my registered mobile number: 9433114572 to tata sky helpline: 18602086633 said to be toll free although being charged, one lady named Ruma intereacted most uncooperatively and refused to book complaint telling that my data which has been uploaded by them, is wrong and for its correction and talking to concerned department, I have to pay charges amounting to Rs. 200 so on. Again, they are frequently sending me payment alert for ID number: 1053676860 which doesn't belong to me. My payment is upto Nov. 10, 2015. Such incidents are happening frequently and they are trying to consume money from me by hook or crook. I want its permanent redressal and one compensation for non-view of channels and agony about notice of payments.
