me a subscriber of ananda bazar patrika a leading news paper agency at kolkata publishing the telegraph and telekids news paper i had issued a cheque for renewal of subscription and the company reurned the same saying a trade licence copy shall be required.the terms and conditions are not mentioning this condation as it is clearly written that the cheque and and the signature on the cheque should be the same . now they are not replying to any email send . in this regard please help. the payment was made from my company account where i am a partner.
