Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, I have purchased Sony Vaio laptop model no:- SVF15212SNB from Camellia Computer Bazar, Serampore, Hooghly, WB, Ph- 033-32617424. Invoice no:- 07929/03/14 dated:- 19.03.2014. It is covered by FREE VAIO ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER as I bought it before 1 JULY, 2014 before it got discontinued. My headphone jack is slightly broken accidentally, but working. Problem is speakers are not working after 2 days of the jack breaking. I went to KALPATARU IT RETAILS PVT. LTD, KOLKATA, EMALL, CHANDNI CHOWK. They rejected the job as they will not cover the FREE VAIO ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE COVER. Now where will I go? They are saying that speakers are fine but whole motherboard got short circuited for the accident. As it is to be replaced by rs 9000/- only. Please take neccesary action. Thank you. Debajyoti Laha
