Consumer Redressal

We went for dinner with family in a posh restaurant on 6th Mar in Mangalore city, we are strict vegetarians but were served chicken in the food. The family got sick and started vomiting there. The staff was laughing and making fun of us. They charged us full cost of the food and refused to give any apology. I have the receipt and the name of the manager of the restaurant. How to claim damages for deficiency of service and hurting the religious sentiment.
