sir/mam, i have ordered a product online at paytm.com which was a roti maker but the product i received seemed like an old one, mrp mentioned in the box was less than in the website, defected, incomplete invoice and the biggest one the wrong product with full effect of cheating on that product for making it as a real and original product. sir, in this country this type of big cheating should be punished hardly because it is totally a shameful act done by seller with the citizens of India. sir, this is happening twice with me. paytm is doing fraud with the customers and not following his promises mentioned on webpage. sir, i want this case as a serious one because it will help other customers who are purchasing online and being cheated. we should present a big example in front of the online sellers so that they could not dare to cheat with their valuable customers. Please help me sir. I hope to get quickest response. thanks.
