Consumer Redressal

I am really disappointed to say that the kind of services I have received from TASTYKHANA.IN that have really baffled me out. I had some guest at my place so I thought to use the site to order I placed the order and got the confirmation of the same. To my surprise I got a call from the restaurant asking me to cancel the order. The restaurant owner then ended the call abruptly. I got shocked and felt really awkward in front of my guests. I called up tasty khana customer care and he than patched me to the restaurant again and again after a real long wait I was asked to walk up to the restaurant and pick up the order as there was no delivery options available or else to cancel the order. At last I was told that the order wont be delivered. I have not even got the refund of the order yet. This is a harassment. I want the refund in cash as I am no more going to use such poor services again.
