Consumer Redressal

I have bought something from koovs, didn't liked it and initiated the return process immediately, they took it after various phone calls and mailing. Almost 7-8 days gone by then. Thereafter I have made almost every day contact with their customer service cells but all in vain. From last 14 days they're ensuring me that they will credit the refund amount to my account within 2 - 3 hours but nothing happened. I am feeling helpless and cheated. What should I do now?
