Ordered mobile batter @ shop clues. Sent dead battery which was not working. Sent back requesting for replacement which they could not do so and agreed for refund and took my bank details. This is happened about two months ago and I called them wasting my money and not getting my money back. Kindly help me out in this regard. Any details if you want please contact me.
