I had an HTC One which is a high end device which costed around 40,000. On september 23rd 2014 my device stopped suddenly and refused to switch on. On 24th September 2014 I submitted my mobile in TVS service Center Kolkata. They told me it will take 14 days to repair my device. But Still now I have not received my device. It has been more than 5 months. I am facing mental harrasement, whenever I go to the service center and even escalated this to HTC CCS (Escalation) team they tell me parts are not available and parts are in transit. I am in deep trouble.
