Complaint of M/s Sacred Fashions Shop No314-A Gandhi Nagar Jammu (J&K-180004) On 01.02.15 I bought 5 shirts & 1 trouser (34 Rs 2699) with total of Rs 7340 after 50% discount vide D9D9-0000146 dated 01-02-15 from above shop But when I tried it at home waist was found to be 37 instead of 34 Since loose Trouser was purposeless for me I requested shopkeeper to get same exchanged with required size But to my dismay instead of giving patience hearing person on cashcounter refused to accept request. When I explained him that fault is not mine rather it is shopkeeper who tagged size as 34, whereas actually it was 37 & it is prime duty of company/distributor to accept & consider exchange. Despite repeated requests made to shopkeeper he did not listen me & asked me to file complaint on email given at bill. I filed 2 complaints on 23-02-15 & 02-03-15 by emails but till date no response has been heard lastly I have left with no option except to approach consumer cell for redressal of grievance
