Vodafone deducted Rs. 89 from my prepaid account today morning stating that I have visited a Prepaid site hence the chareges have been deducted.
However, I have not visited any such site and they are not refunding the money back inspite of me giving them call on theire compalint number.
Can you help me get my money back becaues this is a regular practice with these people.
