I had placed an Order to the SNAP DEAL ( may read fraud deal)my order No. 5028342153 dated 20-2-2015 and accordingly informed me that my item has been despatched on 22-2-2015 through Bookmy packet courier tracking ID No.83033512. But till date I have not received my item. I did not find any existence of such named courier. The sanpdeal authority not responding me any more. There is no direct contact of Snapdeal. They are now avoiding me. Please check and do justice to me
