Dear Sir/Madam,
I am holding ICICI bank Credit Card No. 4375511700639003 alias 4477463785183001, this card been with me from last 12 years and treat myself a seasoned and valuable customer to the credit card department.
I have been levied a fine of Rs. 5600 for two months for non-payment of charges but no one is listening to complaint at my end and providing any solution.
I have failed miserably to find a solution from customer care number. First, calling to them is chargeable and then one has to hold the call for approximate 15 - 20 minutes and pain in the neck when they do not provide any solution to you.
I want this fine and interest amount to be reversed and want to do full and final payment to close the card.
