Consumer Redressal

HI All I have been writing to HDFC Bank , Cognizant , PF office at Chennai and Bandra with so many complaints till date. Each one is passing the buck on one another. I was an employee at HDFC Bank till June 2010. My Employee Code and PF Code was V2367X. My PF account was maintained at HDFC Trust My PF was supposed to get transferred to Cognizant Technologies Pvt Ltd HDFC Bank says that they had sent a cheque amounting to Rs 4,44,667/- No 463786 DATE 30/10/2010 to CTS. CTS says that they never received the same. Till date I am asking all the PF offices , HDFC Bank and CTS but of no use. Can you please intervene and get my hard earned money back along with 5 years of interest at the earliest as its no use writing to PF offices as they never revert and close all my requests without taking any action. I have attached all the previous mails and correspondence along with annexure K for your persual Do let me know if any thing else is required from my side.
