Consumer Redressal

For Askmebazaar.com this is the worst ever online shopping website i have seen. i had ordered a product on 19th feb, order id is AB1207690. Ur policy says within 10 days product will be delivered, but today its 13-14 days but still ur customer support giving new excusses daily. First of all u dont have a toll free customer care number. Everytime 6-8rs get deducted to call u. secondely u dont have a tracking product procedure. Are u guys even serious for ur customers or just making fool to the customers. On 7th of march evening i have to leave for out of station. I was wishing that atleast by 2nd-3rd march i will get my product. But now i dont see any hope for that. U guys are violating ur terms , conditions and ur policies which can be legally challenged too.
