i placed an order for a salwar suit costing Rs.780 on www.indianroots.in. it was a prepaid order. tthe order was placed on 27th of November,2014.
order id:100045909. the product was shipped only in the month of January through DTDC.AWB No is 700001481272.bu 21st January my order status showed that it was delivered. but i did not receive the package.when i made a complain on the website, they sent me the receipt of the courier stating that it has already been delivered. but in the receipt provided the address delivered to was not the original delivery address that i provided while ordering. when i complained again about that to the website, they stopped responding to my mails. how am i to get my product or my moner back. Please help me
