Consumer Redressal

I purchased a mattress from Kurlon worth INR 17500.Within a month, myself and my husband started facing issues with a stiff back. the doctor suggested a change of mattress. Upon approaching Kurlon requesting to replace a mattress on medical grounds, we faced a very unprofessional and rude representative called Chitra on 08040313130 who blatantly even refused to consider my request. upon calling the kurlon customer care and speaking to the trader, we were assured that the request would be looked upon and we would be helped out. However, thanx to Chitra, she did not even bother to consider the situation. i need some help
