the telecom company(aircel) cheated me on the basis of their sms recharge offer.i had recharged with Rs49 on 21st february for 3000 sms,validity one month.that was their offer and they send me a confirmation sms.
but yesterday my sms pack is deactivated.i contacted with customer care center.they said i will recieve a sms and my sms pack will be activated.but till now,i recieve no sms from them.
