Consumer Redressal

I am a LPG consumer of Bharat Gas and Ms.Aparajita Bharat Gas is the supply agency. Every time we book a refill cylinder, the same is not delivered in time. Most of the time the online status shows delivered, where as it is not delivered to me. Each time we need to talk to Mr.Uttam Mohanty, the Owner of the agency to get a refill. None of the phone numbers of the agency ever answered. As a consumer I am pissed off of such irregular and un-proffessional practice and dealings by Ms.Aparajita Bharat Gas. I had also complained with BPCL but no relief so far or no one really bothered to look in to. Hope this forum will help me and many other consumers out of such un healthy practice of the gas agencies. Thanks and regards Shantanu Das
