Consumer Redressal

Dear Sir, My name is Gautam kumar , native palace in Chandannagar (WB) sir, I buy a New Nokia mobile (Asha 302) from Mobile Villa Verma Center, Boring Road Crossing, Patna-800001 on 22.08.2012 vide IMEI NO.353671052582047,Battery no.2723109870670573 & T.C no.4003790675485 along with Cash memo no.28182( Rs.6450/-). But few month battery, network missing & display blanking of switch off, the phone auto restart has some fault phone has 12 month warranty from date of purchase. Ii going to Nokia care(TANGENT shop no.112-113,Sayeed Complex, Silvassa Road, Opp.DCB Bank, Vapi- 396195/ Contract no.09824149051) /Job Sheet No. 541504867/130420/19 dtd.20.04.13/ e-mail ID tangent_vapi@nokiacareindia.com) for repairing purpose 6 to 7 times. He takes the phone & says after one week or after 15 days or within one month repaired phone but problem not solve as on date. In this situation I complain to Nokia customer care. Complain no.1-13938642229 dtd.12.04.13 & 20.04.13. Till date no replay from Nokia customer cares. So, what is the solution? Please advise me above mention problem. With Regards Gautam Kumar Daman
