Consumer Redressal

Dear Sirs I am S S Ramasubramanian residing at Batanagar. The details of my complaints are : 1. Order number 11018227 placed with rediff.com online site after paying money through net banking. I had placed this order ON 9TH Jan 2015. 2. I contacted the supplier who mentioned that he had handed over to Rediff on 10th Jan itself. 3. After this I am contacting rediff.com for the last 2 months by mails and phone calls and till last week I was given assurance and promise that the goods will be delivered lateast by 5th march. 4. but surprisingly today receiving a mail from rediff that they had cancelled the order and refunding the amount. All the correspondence with rediff and with the supplier are attached herewith for your ready reference. besides the above another order I had placed with rediff.com that is on 12th February for which I have to yet receive the item and when I traced the order it is showing returned to the supplier by courier company B
