I have a issue with the bill for month of January. They(Vodafone) have charged Rs 2700 for downloading charge where they have menctioned that games were downloaded from my phone but I have downloaded the games from free site i.e google play store which is free. I have contacted the custommer support through Email and phone but they are not responding. I have mailed the corporate complaint department of vodafone on 4th of feb but still no response received. During the period from when I have raised the complaint they have stop my incoming and outgoing call faclity several time and now they have send me the bill for month of feb where as I have not been able to use the service for the month.
