Dear Sir,
I had purchased a Samsung Chat 222 mobile from www.timtara.com on 21-June-2012. The Order number for the purchase is 10275138. As per the website the delivery should be done with in 10-15 days since the date of purchase. But still i have not received the product even after 15 days of purchase. I have contacted them but got the reply to wait for 10-15 days waiting period which is already over. In the site the status of the ordered product is always Awaiting Shipment. Hence please look into the issue so that it gets resolved or atleast get my money back.
