My LPG gas connection customer no 13009 Shubhi Indene 242A Pritam Nagar Sulem sarai Allahabad got transferred to Lucknow on 01-10-2014 due to my transfer. At the time of transfer, Manager Shubhi Indene charged Rs 50/- cash as transfer fee. Trough RTI I could know that there is no such rule to pay transfer fee. So I request you to please ask the Manager Shubhi Indene Allahabad and recover my all expenses. Transfer Fee Rs 50/-, Postal order Rs 10/-, and speed post Rs 17/-.
