Consumer Redressal

I was planning to shift from Telegraph newspaper to Times of India due to late delivery. ABP promised to do the same with new vendor and accordingly gave me 7 month plan for Telegraph. Payment was done by cheque and subscription was to start from 01/02/15. no newspaper for the month of Feb15 and when I tried calling they are not responding inspite of repeated calls. every time they provide other nos which does not respond. pls advise
