Sir/Mam,
I am Biswajit Mondal,My phone no 9153174610. My issu above time no use my phone but any issu balance deduction. This problem solve the MTS Customer care and talking to MTS CCE. He talking to any no service activate but then after balance deduction for any service charge. I am not use my phone at 26feb2015 but balance deduction for service charge and then after call MTS Customaer care and cce tell me balance return rs20 but give me return balance rs10. Please solve this problem.
