The distributor of Thuraiyur region is delaying the refills by 45 days by insisting the consumers to book the refills only after 30 days of the delivery of the previous refill and delaying 15 days after the booking date. By this way he is restricting the customer with only 9 cylinders a year and increasing his black market sale. Kindly take the necessary action against the distributor
