i booked for purchase of on line product one 5 5” Andriod 4 0 5 dual sim 3G galaxy NoteII 32 GB smart phone for personal use on 26.01.2013
That after the online booking order KAUNSA.com send the different product on 10.2.13 with the intention to harassing me and till today inspite of repeated through online as well as mobile phone not send the original product/mobile as per booking order
That kaunsa.com intentionally not provided the product to me specific order was White cherry Galaxy Note II 32 GB phone but kaunsa delivered made to me is of IS 424 MARS 2GB phone.
That, this fact came to the knowledge of mine, when with terms full amount was given in advance and product of less amount and not according to the specification as shown and also not delivered on time and was delayed by one month and with product send it is clearly shows that company have made fraud with the customer and not want to deliver the product as per the purchase booking
