I've purchased a resale property in Thane-Mumbai and even after 45 Days from Stamp Duty & Registration, i've not received a peaceful possession of the flat. I've paid 95% of the agreed value to the seller and now he is not co-operating to give possession. At the moment I'm staying on rent and my rental agreement will be over in next 2 weeks. Please advise how can I get the possession as I'm in urgency.
The seller also threatened that he won't give possession and not even the paid money.
